We are a family run management company that's been growing roots in Bowling Green, Ohio since 2008 when we started attending BGSU. After graduating in 2012, we got into the housing industry here in town and never left! Since then, we now manage over 300 front doors and house over 1,000 BG students.
With extensive experience in managing assets for others and renting out our own, we've developed a passion for student housing and the community. As BGSU Alum we know what it's like to live as students and manage as owners. Good and fair management is hard to find, and we get that!
